Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Barista WiFi, operated by Vodola Ventures LLC(“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Our data promise
We do not sell your customer data. Not to advertisers, not to partners, not ever. The guest list you build is yours — you can export it or delete it at any time, and if you ever leave, you take it with you.
Accounts & service
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We provide the captive-portal software, the marketing tools, and (for most plans) a pre-configured access point. You're responsible for your own internet connection and for the lawful operation of Wi-Fi you offer to your guests.
Cancellation
Service is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by phone, and you won't be charged again after the current billing period ends. You can also pause your subscription — for example, for a seasonal closure — by contacting us.
Refund terms
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. If anything isn't right within the first 30 days of paid service, we will refund both your first month and your $100 hardware fee. We provide a prepaid return label and you ship the access point back. No penalties, no runaround.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service — and not to allow your guests to use it — for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the network or other users. As a shop owner, you are responsible for offering Wi-Fi to your guests in compliance with applicable law, including obtaining any consent required before marketing to them. We may suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated violations, or where required by law.
Liability limits
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not responsible for outages caused by your internet provider, your hardware, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email hello@baristawifi.com.
